How do you get the images into the crystal?
We use a state of the art Laser that is a Sub-Surface Engraving. A high powered laser beam enters the crystal with precision without damaging the surface or exterior of the crystal. The resulting image will then be a stunning 2D or 3D image.n.
What crystal shapes and sizes do you offer?
At ML3DLaser Crystals we offer a variety of optical crystal of various sizes including: Rectagular Landscape or portrait orientation, Square, Heart, Flat, and keychains. New designs are constantly being added.
Can you turn my company logo into a 3D logo?
Yes, we frequently take corporate logos or fraternal organizational logos including Police, Fire and EMS agencies and laser them into the Crystal! If you have questions about your project, email us at email@example.com or use our contact us form and upload your design for a review.
Can you turn my 2D image into a 3D image?
Yes. Simply upload your best quality picture and let our graphical artists optimize the picture and prepare it for lasering into the crystal. We can laser a 2d image into the smaller crystal or convert your photo into a 3d image!
What types of image file formats do you require?
Please upload, email or snail mail utilizaing the most common formats including JPG, JPEG, GIF, TIFF, BMP, and PNG.
How do I upload my photo?
Please upload when placing the order online. In the alternative, you may email us directly your photo at firstname.lastname@example.org
We recommend uploading files between 100kb and 5MB for the best picture quality
What if I can't upload my photo to your website?
If you are having difficulty uploading the image, then image you are uploading may be too big for our website to capture. We suggest that you place the order without adding the image. When you add your crystal to the cart, with no image, you will be prompted on how to send us the image. You can send an email with your photo as an attachment.
If you order a flat crystal, the background will be included in the crystal engraving. If you choose a different shape, our designers automatically remove the background. If you would like to include the background in your 3D project, please indicate this in your order.
Can I include more than the recommended number of images to be configure?
The recommended number of objects will vary depending on the shape and size of your crystal. With small and medium crystals, adding more figures than recommended may result in the images being reduced in size to accommodate all the images. For best results, please stay within the recommended number or email us to review and offer our opinion.
Wording usually is placed below the images for maximum visibility thereby reducing slightly the space available to engrave.
Can I see a proof before ordering?
We normally do not offer proofs for individual orders. If there is a special circumstance, please contact us.
Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order!
How long does it take to ship my order?
Once we receive your completed order, we aim to ship within 10 business days. Special orders can take slightly longer.
Rush orders are available as an additional fee and could ship within 24 hrs.
What if I want a specific layout?
If you have a specific layout in mind, we encourage you to share your ideas with us and email us any suggestions and requests.
Can I change my order?
You can change your order as long as it has not been processed. Processed orders have already been sent to our designers and cannot be changed. Please check your spelling before finalizing the order!

Do you offer rush service?
Yes. Rush orders are available for a fee and could be shipped as soon as 24 hrs.
How do you ship?
Normal shipments of crystals are by USPS priority mail.
When will my order be delivered?
Once we ship the product- East Coast U.S. the following are guidelines provided by the respective carrier:

What are your shipping rates?
Orders with in the USA:
The price of shipping varies from order to order. This price is calculated by weight of package, size of parcel, method of shipping, and location of ship to address.
ML3dlasercrystals is not responsible for custom fees, duties, or taxes.
All international orders ship via UPS and then get transferred to your local post office. All pricing is different, pertaining to size of crystal, weight, and location.
Can I pick up my order?
Most orders are shipped directly to the customer. If you live in NY, email if you would like to inquire about picking up the package.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, we do. All orders shipping to a PO Box will be sent via USPS.
Do you ship to APO addresses?
Yes, we do. All orders shipping to APO addresses will be sent via USPS and have a longer estimated delivery time.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes, we ship to Canada via UPS Standard service. This does not include any applicable duties due to Canada Customs.
Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties, and other taxes of goods (like excise tax). A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer's behalf. UPS will request payment of additional charges (duties and taxes) at time of delivery.

How do I redeem my coupon code for your store?

Do you offer Police, Fire, Ems and military discounts?
As a thank you for their continued service and dedication to our country, we are happy to offer discounts to all active and retired personnel.
To qualify for the discount, all military personnel must scan a picture of their military ID. Once scanned, send the copy via email to email@example.com.
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, once produced, the crystals are personalized and cannot be returned. If there is a defect or error with our production, we will ship a replacement after returning the defective crystal.
The product must be returned to us within 21 days of invoice.
Please provide a brief written statement mentioning the reason for the return and your account details.
The product must be in its original condition and box.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund your return costs.
Do you store my credit card information?
No, we never store your credit card information. Your credit card number is only captured during the checkout process while our system 'talks' to our payment processing gateway. Once the order is placed, we no longer have access to your credit card information.
Is it safe to purchase online from your site?
The transfer of sensitive information is always protected against theft or misuse. When purchasing online, a solid key with a locked padlock icon will appear in the lower left of your browser window, which indicates that your transaction session is secured through Secure Socket Layer SSL Certificate.
